At ATB Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-end audio and instrument equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team within 14 days of receipt to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

  Pack with Care

  Securely package the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure safe transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our specialized inspection facility.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
