A superb Custom Shop take on a vintage favourite, this 2013 ’56 Stratocaster NOS captures all the charm and style of an original mid-’50s Strat, with a host of thoughtful modern refinements for today’s player.

Finished in a wonderfully vibrant Fiesta Red finish, this is a striking guitar with the gold hardware giving it a classy look! As an New Old Stock model, the finish remains clean and glossy, and this example is presented in lovely condition having seen very little use.

As you’d expect from a Custom Shop instrument, it is an excellent guitar straight out of the case. Tonally, it offers everything you’d hope for from a really good Stratocaster - clear, bell-like highs, balanced mids, and that unmistakable quack and chime in the in-between positions from the trio of Custom Shop vintage single coils and 5-way selector.

The birdseye maple neck features a comfortable Modern “V” profile, with a satin finish to the rear for a smooth, fast, non-sticky playing feel. With its Fiesta Red finish, gold hardware, and classic styling, there is more than a touch of the Hank Marvin about it!

Modern player-friendly appointments include Sperzel locking tuners, a 9.5” fingerboard radius, 22 medium jumbo frets, and a 1.6875" nut width, making bends easier, tuning more stable, and overall playability superb.
