We’ve had a few of the American Vintage series guitars from Fender over the last couple of years, and have always found them to be great instruments with a really great vintage vibe. This here surf green ‘57 Strat from 2010 is, thankfully, no exception.

This example looks great in its Surf Green finish (arguably the best colour for a strat?), and is all original bar a replacement loom (originals in case) and a refret. It plays great, sounds great, and is a one stop shop to killer affordable vintage strat tones. 

Refretted by Guitar Lodge in 2021, electronics upgraded.
